# Search for Tickets

Looking for a specific ticket? Use the **search bar** at the top of the interface. As you type, results appear instantly.

ResolvePro’s search is powerful and goes beyond tickets — it also scans:

- 💬 Chat messages
- 👤 Customer profiles
- 🏢 Organization records
- 📎 File attachments (text within documents)
- 📝 Ticket subject and content
- 📧 Email addresses and recipient names
